Key issues discussed included the 2024-25 budget and its prudent allocation, HR matters, procurement of stationery and patient diet, ambulance maintenance, and IWP planning for the current fiscal year. In the latter part of the day, our HODs joined the meeting, and the discussion focused on patient referrals and enhancing communication among ourselves to improve patient services.The meeting ended at 5:30 pm with the closing remarks from our MS.
