Dental Department of ERRH celebrated World Oral Health Day today by offering butter lamp and cake cutting ceremony.
The event was graced by Hospital Lam, Deputy Chief Adm officer, Doctors and staffs of other Departments.
The World Oral Health Day is observed annually on 20th March to spread awareness related to oral health and emphasize the importance of a good oral health as a component of overall health.
The theme for this year is “A happy mouth is a happy mind”. On this World Oral Health Day, pledge and commit yourself to look after your oral health by following a good oral hygiene practices, reducing sugar intakes, avoiding Doma and tobacco, and by visiting the dentist for regular check-ups.
